I’m Wisdom. My partner susan and I spent years applying to jobs online, only to hear nothing back. Ghosted after four interviews. Automated rejections at 3 AM. Recruiters who never followed up.
We started this site because we saw a problem.
The big job boards are broken. LinkedIn is a popularity contest. Indeed is a black hole where applications go to die.
Meanwhile, companies are hiring. They’re just doing it quietly. Posting roles in Slack communities. Sharing openings on Twitter. Using niche job boards that nobody knows about.
We decided to find those hidden opportunities and share them here.
What We Actually Do
Every week, we scrape job boards, HR Slack channels, and internal company career pages. We look for:

We verify everything before we post it. If a link is dead, we remove it. If a salary is wrong, we update it.
We’re not a recruitment agency. We don’t charge you to apply. We don’t sell your data. We just find good jobs and tell you about them.
Why We Do It
Because everyone deserves a good job.
Because the system is rigged against people without degrees, without networks, without the right passport.

We show ads. That’s it.
The site is free to use. We don’t charge job seekers anything. We never will.

Wisdom — I run the site. I’ve been writing about careers, immigration, and remote work for 8 years. I’ve been rejected from more jobs than I can count. I know what it feels like.
Susan gregory — She’s the researcher. She finds the jobs. She fact-checks everything. She’s the reason you won’t find dead links on this site.
We’re based in New York but we work remote. Sometimes from coffee shops. Sometimes from our apartments. Always with the same mission.
